We require a 50% deposit to guarantee a reservation at Casa Las Brisas that must be paid on date of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance and $1000 damage deposit 60 days prior to your check-in date. If no damage was incurred on the house, your $1000. damage deposit will be returned within two weeks of your stay. Please contact us for payment options.
If you cancel your reservation 61 days or more prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be retained by Casa Las Brisas as full liquidated damages.
If you cancel your reservation 60 or less prior to your arrival date, your $1000 damage deposit and 20% of your total rent will be refunded to you. 80% of your total rent will be retained by Casa Las Brisas as full liquidated damages.
*Deposits received for travel during the Christmas and New Year period, between the dates of December 15 and January 15 are non-refundable.
*There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is noon. Times can be flexible if arranged in advance.
The villa has zone A/C which means each bedroom suite has its own individual control for comfort, at no extra cost. If guests want A/C throughout the rest of the villa (living room, dining room, kitchen), there is an additional weekly fee of $300.US. Please inform us at time of booking that you want to take advantage of this option.
